General product information

Information regarding Edco article number and batchnumber on packaging The following information can be found on each Edco product:

1: Batchnumber. This refers to a specific production lot of the manufacturer.

2: Item No. This is the internal Edco article number.

3: EAN number. This is the 13 digit number that can be found below the barcode. The last (13th) digit is the so-called control number.

Bestway

Bestway has its own aftersales organization that can be contacted for issues related to:

Swimming pools with frames, waterpumps, filters, electic motors, bubble swimming pools and accessoiries.

Edco is licence holder for a limited number of articles from the Grundig assortment. An overview of these items can be found on the website http://www.grundigaccessories.com

Our Grundig licenced articles can be identified by an EAN barcode starting with either 8711252 or 8711292. For any aftersales questions concerning these Grundig items you can contact info@grundigaccessories.com

Any Grundig article with a different barcode is under supervision of Grundig Germany.

Kinzo

Since 2009 Edco has taken over the brand name Kinzo. For any item older than 2009 no stock, spare parts or operation instructions are available. These old Kinzo items can be identified by supplier name ‘Kinzo Ede’ printed on either packaging or product.

We advise customers that are looking for old Kinzo spare parts and/or operation instructions to check the internet if required items are still available.

The new Kinzo assortment brought on the market by Edco can be identified by a EAN barcode starting with either 8711252 or 8711292.

Warranty

Generally speaking a European warranty period of 24 months is applicable to all Edco articles.

Sometimes warranty may be more than 2 years. If so, this will be clearly stated on the actual package of the product.

Please contact the (web)shop where the product has been originally purchased with the receipt/ invoice to have either your product replaced or refunded .

After this, the (web)shop will contact Edco to solve the warranty case. In case of any problems or issues please contact our customer service department via CS@edco.nl.

Who can purchase goods from Edco?

Edco is a wholesale company in Eindhoven – The Netherlands mainly selling goods business-to-business.

A Chamber of Commerce registration (incl. VAT registration number ) is mandatory for any customer intending to register as a customer at Edco.

Consequently, it is impossible for consumers to purchase goods directly at Edco. Consumers will find Edco products in numerous outlets (both online and physical stores) worldwide
